Why does ICU use tablet-style chairs that can be moved around in the classrooms?

To foster effective dialogue in the class setting, many of ICU's classrooms use "tablet-style" chairs, which feature an armrest and a small desk space, and which can be moved around the classroom to facilitate group discussions.
