Overview: The coffee sold at Cafe Ilion on the first floor of the T-kan uses fair trade beans from Brooklyn Roasting Company (BRC), based in New York. The CEO of BRC will visit Japan for a store tour as well as to observe ICU's SDGs initiatives, and be giving a lecture for ICU students.
