Event Details

Last October, Dr. Jane Goodall passed away peacefully, surrounded by a lifetime of love and purpose.

Just four months before her passing, Jane came to the campus of ICU. One year later, we will return to that same place—not only to remember her, but to feel her presence in the connections she helped us see. Through her groundbreaking work with chimpanzees, she showed us something simple, yet profound: that we are not separate from the natural world, but deeply a part of it—woven together with all living beings.

This gathering is a space to honor her life through the stories of those she inspired, and through the quiet reflections we each hold within us. As we come together, we hope this moment becomes more than remembrance—that it becomes a gentle invitation to listen, to feel, and to take one small step forward, in our own way, carrying Jane's spirit into the future.
