ICU's Top Global University Project efforts rated highest among a total of 37 universities (alongside 5 others)

On February 28 (Tues.), midterm evaluation results of the Top Global University Project (April 2014 - March 2024) were announced. This project of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan supports top universities engaging in world-class education and research as well as universities venturing on pioneering work and leading the globalization of Japanese universities.

According to the evaluation results, ICU's "efforts are remarkable, and achievement of the purposes of the Top Global University Project is expected." ICU received a grade of S, the highest grade, which was given to 6 universities out of a total of 37.
