OBITUARY: ICU Councilor Emeritus Hallam C. Shorrock Passes Away at 94

Hallam C. Shorrock, ICU Councilor Emeritus, passed away on Wednesday, August 8, 2018. He was 94. The university wishes to express its sincere condolences to the bereaved.

A memorial service is scheduled to be held at Pilgrim Place (California, U.S.A.) in August.

Shorrock joined ICU in 1963 as Vice President for Financial Affairs and served until 1969.Afterwards, he returned to ICU in 1987 as Special Assistant to the President and was appointed Dean of International Affairs in 1988. Until his retirement in 1990, he contributed greatly to ICU's development and the promotion of internationalization.
