Cancelation of morning classes on September 9

Update: September 9, 2019

JR East announced that due to Typhoon 15th all services in the metropolitan area will be canceled tomorrow until around 8 a.m. All morning classes (periods 1 - 3) on September 9th will be canceled. All campus facilities are closed until further notice. Updates including information on afternoon classes will be announced on the University official website and the ICU Portal.
