Special Exhibition "Japanese Sake Utensils" now on display at Hachiro Yuasa Memorial Museum

Special Exhibition "Japanese Sake Utensils" is now being held at Hachiro Yuasa Memorial Museum from April 12 (Tues.) to July 1 (Fri.).

This special exhibition showcases approximately 200 Japanese sake utensils and related items from the Edo and Meiji periods. They offer pleasure to the eyes with diverse in shapes and patterns depending on their use, such as gorgeous utensils used for celebratory occasions and simple containers for carrying sake home from liquor shops which were used to sell sake by measure.
