Reorganization of Some Administrative Offices from AY2025

As of April 1, 2025, the administrative organization of the International Christian University (ICU) has undergone restructuring. Please see below for the details.
Student Services Division
The Student Services Division has been reorganized through the integration of the former Student Services Division and the Globaｌ Engagement Division. The newly consolidated division now encompasses six departments dedicated to student support. This reorganization aims to further enhance the quality of student services through strengthened collaboration across departments.
The following departments are now part of the Student Services Division:
- Student Affairs Group
- Career Support Office
- Counseling Center
- Housing Office
- International Office
- Service-Learning Center
- Center for Global Education
Campus Planning Division
The Campus Planning Division has been established through the merger of the former General Affairs Division and the IT Center. This new division will be responsible for long-term planning and projects aimed at shaping the future of the entire campus environment--including nature, architecture, facilities, equipment, and IT infrastructure. The integration is also intended to strengthen campus safety and facility management systems.
The following departments are now part of the Campus Planning Division:
- Facilities Management Group
- Security Group
- IT Center
