JDS Farewell Symposium held on campus

On June 17, 2022, the JDS Farewell Symposium was held for 12 graduating JDS fellows at the Alumni Lounge of Alumni House in ICU.
We were glad to have Counsellor of Embassy of Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Japan and a guest from Japan International Cooperation Center for this symposium.
The JDS fellows gave a presentation on their research in the field of Public Policy and Social Research with their plan outlining how they can contribute to development in their home country after going back.
President Shoichiro Iwakiri, Graduate School Dean Tsuyoshi Mizoguchi, JICA Program Coordinator Kana Takamatsu and JDS Committee meeting member faculties, their advisors and also other Graduate Students listened to their presentation and had a lively exchange of views about their thesis topics.
JDS fellows expressed their deepest gratitude to the all concerned that have supported this program.
