Candlelight Service

The University Candlelight Service was held in the University Chapel on December 20.

The University Chapel was filled with numerous attendees and Professor Natsumi Ikoma (CLA Dean, Professor of Literature, Gender and Sexuality Studies). gave a message titled "A Christmas Present".

The University Candlelight Service, organized by the Religious Center, features many student volunteers. As in past years, a splendid night to celebrate the Christmas season included songs and music by the ICU Glee Club, Chamber Music Society, Bell Peppers, students taking the organ course organized by the Sacred Music Center, and scripture readings by students in English and Japanese.
