Special Event "Dormitory Breakfast Table" for Dormitory Students was Held
Update: February 5, 2025

From January 27 to 30, 2025, a special on-campus event called "Dormitory Breakfast Table," aimed exclusively towards dormitory students, was held for four days.
Event Overview
This event, centered around the theme "A Winter Morning Moment with Breakfast," was held in order to provide dormitory students chances for communication and to improve their quality of life. In the Momi/Maple dorm common space, also known as Wisteria Hall, a daily Western-style menu was offered every morning from 7:30am to 9am.
A Unique Menu
Through collaboration with Cafe Sacai (https://cafe-sacai.com/), a popular cafe near Musashisakai Station, pancake plates, soup, and similar Western-style hot breakfast items were made available on a daily menu.
Reactions from Dormitory Students
We received the following responses from dormitory students who participated in the event.
"I tried my best to wake up early just for this breakfast!"
"I don't normally eat breakfast, but I'm happy I was able to have a fun breakfast with my friends today."
"I'm looking forward to tomorrow too!"
Telling from these reactions, it appears that through this breakfast event, dormitory students were able to enjoy connecting with their fellow dorm mates.
This event was made possible partially by donations given with the purpose of fostering connections amongst dormitory residents. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of the donors. ICU will continue to support the lives of our students and strengthen community and campus ties.
