On February 3, 2026, an inter-university student dormitory exchange meeting was held at International Christian University (ICU), bringing together dormitory staff and students from Sophia University and ICU.

From Sophia University, ten students participated from its directly operated dormitories, Soshigaya International House and Arrupe International Residence. From ICU, seven students participated, representing Canada House, Fourth Women's Dormitory, Global House, Zelkova House, and Momi-Maple House.
The program began with presentations from both universities introducing their respective dormitory management structures and initiatives. This was followed by separate discussion sessions for housing-office staff and students, during which participants engaged in detailed exchanges on various practices and challenges related to dormitory management. Through these interactions, students were able to gain valuable insights into ways of enriching their dormitory life.
