ICU Held "Placement Week" Joint On-Campus Job Fair

The ICU Placement Week, a joint on-campus job fair the university holds every year during the spring break, began on Wednesday, March 6.

This fiscal year, representatives from 114 companies and organizations from both private and public sectors - 26 more than last year - visited the campus over the eight days between March 6 and 15, except on Saturday and Sunday. Many students, especially those in their third year, take part in the event every year because it provides them with an on-campus opportunity to listen to presentations on work in a variety of industries and companies.

On the first day, a guest speaker from outside the university delivered a keynote address, and representatives from 10 organizations gave briefings twice each. Students then gathered around representatives in charge of personnel and asked many questions.
