2022 Spring Graduate School Open Campus
Update：February 25, 2022
The ICU Open Campus will be held on this Spring 2022.
Everyone interested in Graduate School is welcome to join.
We will limit the number of visitors to prevent corona infectious diseases.
If you would like to participate, please be sure to register by pre-entry.
You can also join the program from online.

Note: We will close the Entry Form (onsite) as soon as the number of participants reaches the capacity.
Entry Form will be closed on Monday, March 21, 9:00.
Reception at the Open Campus
On the day of the open campus, please complete the reception at the tent near the bus stop.
At the reception, please inform the staff that you have applied for the graduate school program and your name.
Note: Participants for the Undergraduate are required to have a "participation certificate"参加証(sankasho), but the Participants for the Graduate School are not required.
Cautions prior to Visiting
- Online Entry is required not only for applicants but also for companions.
- University Dining Hall and shops are closed. If needed, please bring your own lunch and use the rest area in the University Hall "Honkan".
- As part of measures against COVID-19, we ask all participants to cooperate in temperature measurement, wearing masks, and disinfecting.
- Please use public transportation to visit our campus. You cannot enter the campus by car. Also, please refrain from picking up and dropping off by car in front of the main gate.
- The only gate that can be entered and exited is the main gate. Please note that other gates cannot be used.
- Depending on the spread of the COVID-19, our program may be changed to a completely online-only event. In such cases, we will inform you about all participants immediately.
