The keynote speech was given by an alum of International Christian University, Kotaro Takahashi, Assistant Director, Office for Higher Education Policy, Higher Education Policy Planning Division, Higher Education Bureau, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). Mr. Takahashi talked about MEXT's latest measures regarding the cooperation among universities and among regions. 。
Taking into consideration the content of the keynote speech, the participants worked in groups to further examine the cooperation among universities. This enabled them to interact more deeply and exchange opinions towards achieving a more substantial cooperation.
The event provided an opportunity for the participants to reconfirm the importance of TAC cooperation implemented so far and to consider the new possibilities available to TAC through "New TACtics".
Furthermore, prior to the faculty event, students from the International Christian University provided a campus tour, which provided a great opportunity for the faculty of the other universities to gain a better understanding of our university.
