3. Off-campus field trips:
Places to learn include Tokyo Skytree, Musashino Clean Center, Nogawa Park, Yokohama, and more. We organize off-campus field trips in order for students to learn actively. Weekend activities such as trips to the Tokyo National Museum, hiking Mount Takao, and food sample making offer chances for overseas and ICU students to interact.
4. Japanese cultural experiences:
The cultural program allows participants to experience traditional Japanese culture such as calligraphy, Zen meditation, Rakugo, tea ceremony, and a tour of Japanese folk art at the ICU Hachiro Yuasa Memorial Museum. Both overseas participants and ICU students can immerse themselves in the essence of Japanese culture, with support from the ICU Rakugo Club and Tea Ceremony Club.
5. Experience Japanese university life and study abroad:
During the program, participants will stay in a dormitory on campus and live together. Through cross-cultural exchange in a multinational environment, overseas participants will experience Japanese university life, while ICU students will get a taste of study abroad life.
