Summer Schedule of Office Service 2023

Update: June 20, 2023

All facilities belonging to the university will be closed on the following days in the summer, including weekends and holidays. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Summer Recess:
July 24 (Mon.) ― August 4 (Fri.)

Days off in lieu of Open Campus days:
July 18 (Tue.) and August 21 (Mon.)

ICU Hachiro Yuasa Memorial Museum	The museum will be closed from July 8 (Sat) to September 11 (Mon) for the installation of the upcoming exhibition and summer recess. Please check our website and twitter for updates concerning the exhibition period and/or hours. For ICU's open campus event, the museum will be open on July 22 (Sat), from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
ICU Placement Office	The Placement Office will be open as usual on weekdays during the university's summer break (7/24-8/4). The office is open from 9:30-12:00/13:00-16:30. Please be noted that the office will be closed on 7/18 (Tue.) and 8/21 (Mon.). For more information, please visit Placement Office Website.
Certificates and Transcripts	Please note that academic certificates and Gakuwari are not issued during this period. In case these materials needed before office being closed, please apply to the office according to the information below by the date shown.
