Summer Schedule of Office Service 2025

Update: June 20, 2025

All facilities belonging to the university will be closed on the following days in the summer, including weekends and holidays. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

July 22 (Tue.), July 24 (Wed.) - August 6 (Tue.), August 18 (Mon.)

ICU Hachiro Yuasa Memorial Museum	The museum will be closed from June 21 (Sat.) to September 8 (Mon.) for the installation of the upcoming exhibition and summer recess. The next opening is scheduled for September 9 (Tue.) at 1:00 p.m. For more information, please visit ICU Hachiro Yuasa Memorial Museum website. For ICU's open campus event, the museum will be open on July 19 (Sat) and August 15 (Fri).
The ICU Career Support Office	The ICU Career Support Office will be open as usual on weekdays during the university's summer break (July 24 (Thu.) - August 6 (Wed.)). The office is open from 9:30-11:45/12:45-16:30. Please be noted that the office will be closed on July 22 (Tue.), August 15 (Fri.) and August 18 (Mon.). Certificates and Transcripts	Please note that academic certificates and Gakuwari are not issued during this period. In case these materials needed before office being closed, please apply to the office according to the information below by the date shown.
