Among their comments and impressions are: "During my life in Japan, I've felt strongly that there are many ways to look at things and this discovery has changed my own perspectives," "You can make friends easily at ICU even if you don't speak Japanese very well and I was able to get used to life on the campus right away. I have come face to face with differences in value and culture in my dorm life. I have learned many things and spent a very fulfilling student life," "ICU's multi-culturalism, multi-language education and environment are wonderful," "I took part in club and other after-school activities and I was able to go to many places in Japan (like Hiroshima) through their activities" and "We have only summer in my country, but I have been able to experience the four seasons during my life at ICU. By living overseas, I have learned to take responsibility for my own life." Their fluent speeches in Japanese were greeted with enthusiastic rounds of applause from the audience.
