Application Schedule
ICU's academic year begins in April and is divided into three terms: Spring, Autumn, and Winter. Students can enroll in ICU in April, at the beginning of the Spring Term, or in September, at the beginning of the Autumn Term.
-
Important Notes:
- Application Timing: Applicants may apply for only one entry term: April or September. For September entry, applicants may apply to only one application period (First or Second). There is no advantage or disadvantage in applying for April or September entry, nor between the first and second application periods for September entry.
- No Deferral of Admissions: Admission offers cannot be deferred to a later term or year. If admitted for April entry, you may not defer enrollment to September or later, and vice versa. Select your intended entry term carefully without assuming the possibility of deferral.
- Reapplication Restriction: Regardless of the admissions results, you must wait one year before reapplying. For example, applicants for September 2026 entry may not apply for April 2027 entry but may apply again for September 2027 entry.
