For Counselors and Recommenders
Thank you for your support for students applying to our undergraduate program.
Please follow the steps below to submit the required supporting documents.
1. Prepare the required documents
Prepare the required documents listed below to support the student's application to ICU:
*Click "For Counselors" or "For Recommenders" below to switch.
| - Official Transcript |
|---|
Applicants must request that their school(s) submit official transcripts of secondary education; transcripts must be the most recent available and cover at least three academic years, including the final (senior) year, otherwise they may be considered incomplete.
*Notes: If final-year courses are not listed, submit a first-quarter/semester or mid-year report and a list of courses in progress or planned; if multiple high schools were attended, submit transcripts from each unless the latest transcript clearly includes all required three years and records from prior schools.
|
| - ICU School Report (.docx / .pages) |
ICU School Report provides supplementary information regarding the applicant's academic performance and school background.
It is a mandatory document required and must be submitted alongside Official Transcript.
Applicants must request their school counselor to submit the ICU School Report.
*Notes: The following conditions apply:
- Only the latest ICU-designated form is accepted, and it must be completed by the school counselor. - The School Report and the Official Transcript are both mandatory and cannot replace each other. - When submitting transcripts from multiple schools, a corresponding School Report for each school is required. |
| - Required Documents by Educational system |
The Required Documents by Educational System refer to a set of documents used to confirm both the completion of senior secondary education and qualifications for university entrance under a given educational system.
*Notes: The details of required documents (e.g., academic credentials and examination results) and applicable requirements (e.g., specified course requirements) vary depending on the educational system; applicants are therefore advised to consult the most recent Admissions Guide for full details once it becomes available.
|
| - Predicted IB Grades Report (.docx / .pages) |
Applicants who are expected to complete IB Diploma Programme must submit a predicted grades report issued by their IB school. Upon request from the applicant, their school's IB coordinator is required to submit this report. If no standard format is available, the ICU-designated format may be used.
*Note: The report must include bonus points (out of 3) and total points (out of 45).

2. Upload the documents through the Submission Portal
Upload the documents through the Submission Portal. To utilize the system, you must create an account and inform the applicant of your login ID and registered email address so that the applicant can send you an upload request through the Online Application System (OAS). For more detailed instructions, refer to the manual linked below.
